Gallery Directions
Before we start, we might want to talk about the main source of errors with uploading files. Usually if the system spits back an error it is because of the file size. Many cameras take pictures that are 2200 by 1700 or larger, which are too large to upload to this type of album. You will want to create a smaller version of those pictures that will be able to be uploaded. Somewhere around 1200 by 850 will work and should be the largest that would be uploaded. So if you get a "critical error", you might want to check the file size.
Now, lets start with the directions.
After you have registered in the gallery, assuming you want to upload pictures, you will need to click on the album tab to create an album
click album
select category
select new
add name of album - then choose apply modifications button at the bottom

I used the album name JV Pictures, it could be named after game or a tournament, whatever.
When the changes are made, a continue screen will come up, click continue and you will see that an album has been added in the chosen category.
Now, in order to set the permissions for the album so others may be able to "upload photos" also you will want to choose the album "properties".
On the properties page, in order for other members to add to the album, you want them to check the radio button for visitor upload as yes, and then then I suggest setting the comments and ratings to "no" .. seeing as we are dealing with baseball players :) Then choose update album.

After the album has been created and the permissions set, you can go to "upload file"
which will take you to an upload page where you can browse your computer to upload pictures.
it will allow 5 pictures at a time, then choose continue
After the files are uploaded, then you will have to choose the album to drop them into on the next page. Each photo will have the choice of where it is placed. Then click continue, and they are placed into the album, and your picture is ready for the whole team to enjoy.
